My dealings with @Xfinity / @comcast A thread*In May of 2020 we moved house. We’d been in our previous address for almost 2 years and been a man Xfinity/Comcast customer the whole time. When we enquired about switching the service to the new address we were told “no problem”

@ATTimpact Tech came out today to install and left a hole in my wall, muddy hand prints on the walls, muddy boot prints in the floor of a house that was just finished being built. Left and within 25 minutes, my service stopped working and no one can seem to figure why. About to call Comcast

@EvilToaster @Suddenlink Comcast once gave me a list of illegal activities I could be doing with my upload amount per month while I was on the phone with them.I cancelled after that. **** internet companies man.
