What is a custom jersey?

Custom on-field style jerseys are a more affordable option for autograph seekers. These jerseys do not have any brand name or tags and are made in the Philippines. They feature stitched-on names and numbers and are made to look very similar to the on-field jerseys that the players wear. These custom jerseys are very commonly used in the memorabilia industry.

What authentication companies do you accept?

We have a great relationship with James Spence Authentication (JSA) who we have come in house to authenticate items often. We also sell items with authentication from companies such asBeckett, PSA/DNA, Fanatics, MLB, Tri-Star, Upper Deck, Steiner Sports, Schwartz Sports, Radtke Sports, Leaf, Stacks of Plaques, Fiterman Sports, Hollywood Collectibles, Total Sports Enterprises, Online Authentics,Panini, USA Sports Marketing, SGC,Pro Player, JP’s Sports & Rock Solid Promotions, AI Verified,Sure Shot Promotions,Mead Chasky Sports,Five Star Grading,New England Pictureand the Patriots Alumni Club/Diamond Legends. We will only offer items with authentication from these companies. We do not support the “auction house letter of authenticity” process which causes the buyer to then have to pay more for authentication and have the risk of an item not passing authentication. Every item we offer comes fully authenticated so there is no doubt of its authenticity. Game used items must have authentication from MLB, PSA, Steiner, Mears, Dave Miedema or John Taube.

What card grading companies do you accept?

We accept cards graded by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, CSG, Arena Club, HGA, WCG, TAG, DGA & WCG. Raw cards are also accepted. Cards graded by companies not listed above can be auctioned but they will be listed as “encapsulated”, the grade nor the company will be mentioned in the listing.

Are there reserves?

The only auction format that features reserve prices is the MVP Auction. Every other auction is a no reserve auction.

Do you use stock images?

Not often. If a stock image is used, it will be clearly stated in the description of the item.

Can I cancel my bid?

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. All bids are final.

How does the 10-minute rule work?

The 10-minute rule is in effect at 10:50 PM EST the night of the auction. Items will close individually starting at 11:00 PM EST. Once the time remaining on the clock is under 10 minutes, the 10-minute rule kicks in. The 10-minute rule pertains to each lot individually. If a bid is placed on an item when there is less than 10 minutes remaining on the clock, the clock will reset to 10 minutes remaining for that item. This will continue until there are 10 consecutive minutes without a bid on that item. The item will close at that time.

How does the bidding system work?

All bids are placed using the “maximum bid” model. This represents the highest price the bidder is willing to bid up to on an item. When a bidder places a bid higher than the next minimum increment, they are essentially telling the software to bid on their behalf if another bidder places a bid (up to your max bid). Example: If an item’s current bid is at $20 and you place a bid of $100, the current bid will then sit at one bid higher than the previous bidder’s max bid. If the previous bidder’s max bid amount was $30 then the current bid will sit at the next bid after $30. If the previous bidder’s max bid was $20 then the current bid will sit at the next bid after $20 and you will be the high bidder at that amount until the item is bid on again. You will continue to be the high bidder on that item until someone outbids your “maximum bid” amount of $100.

Can I return an item?

Items damaged during transit or items inaccurately described will be eligible for return. Contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged item to be eligible for return. Due to the nature of the auction, items that are accurately described are not eligible for return. Mystery items are never eligible for return.

Can I come pick up items I have won and paid for in person?

Yes, upon checkout, residents of Arizona will have the option to choose “Local Pickup” instead of shipping. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and let us know when you will be picking up your items. *We occasionally offer items not eligible for local pickup. Please see the descriptions of auction items to see if the item is not eligible for local pickup.*

Do you ship outside of the United States?

The only country we ship to outside of the US is Canada. If you are having items shipped to Canada, please keep shipping costs in mind when bidding and that we will only ship via USPS Priority, DHL or FedEx all depending on the value and size of the package. If you would like a shipping estimate on an item shipped to Canada, please email us.

If I have other questions, where can I get answers?

Please Contact Us and we will get back to you ASAP.
