Single Room Remodel

Previous owner removed a wall between two rooms to make one large room. I would like to put the wall back in to create two smaller rooms. I unfortunately don't have the original plans of the house or any photos of where the wall was. I have some remodel ideas but would love to discuss with a contractor the best and most efficient way to create two rooms again. Residential Remodel

Deck cover needed, hole in foundation 12 x 6 inches, potential new AC, mold remediation, new sliding glass door, faucet outside is leaking and needs to be replaced. I am a daycare provider trying to move into a manufactured home, it was previously rented and the tenants left a huge mess.How many rooms: the master bedroom/bathroom and dining room (sliding glass door) are the two main rooms that need to be focused on initially, the back patio where the deck is. Pool and Deck Completion

I bought a home in Reno, NV and it has an in-ground pool that has never been filled with water. It appears as though they were finished with the cement and stopped. The deck also needs to be finished. The pool is an infinity pool and also needs some type of stairs to enter the pool. It is on the deck level, which is on the second floor above the garage. The pool is not underground. It is built into the deck. We bought the house as is and now need to finish the deck and the pool.
