I swear, @CoxHelp and Razorback football are gonna send me into an early grave. This is the 4th blackout I’ve had with Cox Cable in the last 2 weeks. And then they want me to pay $10 as insurance to have a tech come out so I won’t be charged $75.

@CoxHelp Mike, I know EXACTLY how the conversation will go. You will tell me the problem is with my router and direct me to the manufacturer. I will contact the manufacturer and they will direct me to once again reboot / reset the router.

@CoxHelp after 5 hrs on the phone talked to India & Columbia & still won’t turn on our service xfer from old house to new location have conf # emails & here we sit no internet or TV 19 year customer $300+ month I’m done.
