@CoxHelp I understand the situation. The whole point of me having a prepaid service, is to avoid the current situation in the first place. I chose it over traditional service, for that reason, because my income is not indispensable.

@CoxHelp I tried to start up the service without enrolling in easypay, but it was not allowed. Then I couldn't tell my exact next bill date when the payment would come out. Then when I made the payment I wasn't notified of extra fee, or it would have been paid for.

Dear @CoxComm I understand that you want people to retain your service, but sometimes we move to a city you don't serve and just need to be able to cancel our service without 40,000 steps and attempts at retention.

@CoxHelp Please give me a specific address with persons who can take my call as being on Total Disability writing is difficult and because of that a phone number with person who genuinely understands customers that are disabled typing this is hard I just want what I was told please help!
