Called @Xfinity this morning to get my internet connection fixed.The agent told me my wifi name is "hilarious". We laughed, high fived, and I hung up, delighted. "My Big Fat Greek Wifi" is still struggling but, god damn, I feel validated.

Hey @Xfinity @comcast @comcastcares so the entire cable wire was ripped off our apartment building around 1pm today. Was told the situation would be taken care of by 530. It’s now 6 and the wire is back in the street. Wtf is going on? It’s not safe outside!

@FrancaMullerPaz @jedweeks @comcast Gotcha. Going to bet they’ll say “we don’t comment on individual customer contracts/agreements, but see the website for details on our IE program”. We need concrete examples of exploitation of the IE program to counter any PR spin. I’d have those prepared.
